Owner of Total Lawn Care
With nearly 55 years experience Ron Werstler, owner, established Total Lawn Care with a love for lawn care, landscaping, and delivering the best products to his clients.
Now as Owner/Operator of TLC's Commercial Maintenance work, Ron is responsible for the overall performance of the sales and operations teams including personnel, revenue, contract management and client satisfaction.
Ron brings a client-first approach, a passion for the horticulture industry and team building, and a balanced knowledge of production operations and client relations.
His career experience includes managing high performing teams of client engagement professionals; executing high quality construction, maintenance projects with multiple teams; and managing the entire client experience from initial contact through the maintenance and renovation life cycle. He has substantial experience in both commercial and high end residential landscape management.

Accounting of TLC
As Owner Meridith manages TLCs financial systems to ensure accountability, efficiency, profitability, and compliance with deadlines. She directs all aspects of accounting which includes general ledger, payables, receivables, purchasing, payroll, job-costing, forecasting, tax compliance, employee benefits and 401k administration.
Meridith oversees preparation of financial data, budgets, and forecasts and to help ensure consistency and production accountability to achieve efficiency and client retention goals. Meridith enjoys building relationships with building owners and property managers, collaboratively determining property improvement goals, and working tirelessly with TLC’s team to exceed expectations.

PM Total Lawn Care
As Project manager Brandon oversees TLC's residential landscaping and water feature creations throughout the state of AL, and provides leadership for business development and design/build.
Brandon is extraordinarily dedicated to working as a team to make TLC the best landscape company in Baldwin County and helps ensure that TLC’s operations team efficiently delivers high-quality landscapes, water features and customer service for properties throughout Mobile & Baldwin counties.
Brandon has a passion for building beautiful water features, designing & building distinctive landscapes that add value to clients’ properties, great teamwork, and executing relentlessly for clients. He is skilled in custom water feature construction, design management, construction, sustainable design, and team building.
